John Helm is the best of all..
Martin Tyler is the clear preference for old folks like me. Drury appeals to my teenage sons. Like them he’s brash, self-absorbed, a little smug, and always trying to show off - using 20 words where three or four will do. Whereas Tyler just gives it to you straight and simple, with clarity and authority. Compare the Aguerro calls and see for yourself who did it better. Less is more.

Unpopular opinion: Nowadays Peter Drury overhypes certain players when they're on the ball. Everytime Salah has it I just hear Drury "and its SALAH" and 9 times out of 10 its not a goal. I dunno, something just gets at me :') Similarly to Guy Mowbray e.g. KDB's assist for Gundogan last season in the final game - "its Kevin DeBRUUUUYYNEE... GUNDOGAN". he just used up his goal voice on KDB and we didn't get an authentic Gundogan cry. I think after a while they lose their magic touch.
