Do not throw away the GREASE, it's pure delicious FLAVOUR! Cook the pasta under so it soaks up the juices while baking in the oven and still comes out al dente! Use more heat and "dry" hard cheese 🧀 so you'll get a nice crust as finish 🤗

What purpose does the baking have? Other than melting the cheese I can't fathom what that did other than dry it out.
