Doran Regional Park and Bodega Head
We tried to camp at Doran Regional Park on the beach but our tent blew away in constant wind over 20 mph. We still enjoyed beautiful views and a hike. We'll try again another day.

Fitting song for the tree
Hi there! We're going up that way for the same purpose, but with no experience. Can you tell me where you found a good place to find your tree? Thanks!
It's always normal to yell in the tunnel lol
Thank you for posting this. They are having a special event tonight for families who have special needs kids. He is going to love it.

Great video 😊
The locomotive operator is not wearing the traditional striped bib overalls uniform as they used to in the mid-1970's when my family from Novato, CA rode these trains. The guy driving the steam locomotive in the black baseball hat and red shirt looks like the punk who stole the train. They didn't have carousels and all this extra crap in my boyhood also. It once looked like a genuine old-fashioned American railroad layout in 1/4 scale. They tried to Disneylandize this park.
What campsite number did you stay at ?
Hirz Bay18
@@notherthing thanks for your reply. I’m going July for the first time and I’m so iffy since there isn’t that many reviews on this place but your video was great.
I went up on that bus the day before it rolled and crashed
Santa cruz here i come.
So we can live In Santa Cruz.
We'll work on that.
So don't worry about Raymond.
Work on Medallion drive and Raymond Avenue please.
God damn, that station needs better soundproofing
According to a New York Times article from 1988, three-wheel ATVs were associated with more than 300,000 injuries and 1,000 deaths between 1983 and 1988. So that year, the manufacturers signed a consent decree with the US government, effectively ending the sale of three-wheelers.
Great
Was this the group campsite?
Thanks for letting us tag along with your family. Enjoyed it.
Cool trip huh thank you ❤
so this ghost town is the inspiration for the dark mine ride at Knott's Berry Farm, right?
Where exactly is the boarding area/platform near the boardwalk in santa cruz?
Yummy 😋
Hard to tell in the video but are the campsite small or big?
This Part Of discovery kingdom/ marine world used to be themed of thomas and friends and was called thomas town and the park map shows the old seaport which was thomas town
That’s the reason I thought that seaside railway engine looked liked Thomas’ e2 class tank engine model and looks like the drayton manor Thomas model
That’s ok you will wait for the next one
A ride at the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad with Shay #10 (Built by Lima Locomotive Works in 1928 for the West Side Lumber Company).
technically this isn't a tram service, since tram is meant to be ground level for a good portion of time. This would be more so a Light Rail service, despite them being the same train.
cool
how often?
this is my child hood
We went over those trestles in 1971 can't believe they have not brought them back it was really cool.
It's my favorite place in Oakland. The little chapel is my favorite to this day. The figures of three little girls dancing is the tribute to Miss Louise Jorgensen. Lifelong Oaklander who was the choreographer and production powerhouse fir the Oakland Children's Christmas Pageant. For 65 years she performed as the the Fairy Queen who called to all the fairies preschool and kindergarten to dance to the music heard playing. It was the final act of a 3 hour show and always left everyone in tears.
Good video headed to the Bay Area Memorial Day. Child abuse with those stupid Dr Fauci worshipping masks on though.
I wish i could move to bay area even with all the crazy leftoids...
Its a nice area if you make absurd amounts of money and avoid the slums
Im still here. Its still amazing. My childhood.
Nothing like it .
Just a great time. Going back in time for a day .so much history

What if the snow ball become big, thus creating avalanche, endangering inhabitants?
We did consider the possibility but the likelihood was low.
which month did you guys went? we are from the northwest and not dealing with heat well at all. hopefully you guys went in cooler months. plus was it a sunset hike? sky looked beautiful.
This hike was at the beginning of April and it was perfect hiking in the morning or evening.
#10 looks so weird without the diamond stack
I think it looks fine. There’s nothing weird about it.
Good family video 👍
