It's great making money from charity shops. They often don't know the real value of stuff and you can make a mint from re-selling it. Goodwill? More like a soft target.
The Dallas bins are NOT the place to flaunt the rules.
I am just starting and listed my coats too small for me now. I got a lot of scammers! I dont know how they wanted to get anything out of me. They tried to tell me they had bought some items but, there was no notification from poshmark and no mailing labels. I was soooo disappointed! I thought I had sold something! I think I have 6 items listed now and still have more coats. I started pulling out stuff I had bought on end of season sales and found that over the years I had packed away a ton of stuff! I gain weight and cant wear it the next season! haha. I have stopped doing that and will sell 7 big totes of my stuff. A lot of it new with tags! How stupid am I?!!
This is how I started seven years ago- selling items out of my house that I no longer needed. It's a great way to get rid of items and make some extra money! Keep listing!

Hi Keyser- Thank you for liking and subscribing to my channel as I am a new content creator. I've been reselling for seven years. I determine the items value by looking at comps on Ebay and Poshmark to see what the market value is. I do this with vintage items as well. I look at sell through rates by looking at listed versus solds and try to get items that are 50% sell through rate or higher. Let me know if you have any other questions. I subbed to your channel.

Great haul, ladies! I live in the Austin area & used to frequent these bins quite often. I'm planning on returning soon for the first time in a longggg time. What's it like there now? Customers, staff?
I always get great deals at the bins in Austin. It probably hasn't changed much since you last went. The staff are pretty nice and do their best to control crowds. You will not get a cart unless you go at opening. If you have a wagon or rolling something bring it. Let me know if what you find!

I manually color code each brand but not all brands. Just the ones I'm trying to track.

by your slow reactions of the items you pull out of the box..i assume you bought a mystery box. i prefer the ones you can look at each items picture so your not so bombarded with items that are broken.

@@streamingsisters7652 I highly recommend the boxes with pictures of each item. You can see what items are damaged and they are only like a few dimes more per item. Much worth not having a bunch of broke or cheap brands.
