Looks like a really beautiful place to live now if only things didn’t cost money.
What the hell is this, an opening scene of a river of pond scum? Is this even water? Murky, probably putrid black water.
Where are your market updates? Should have that at least bi-monthly
You need to do this every other month or so. It’s been months now.
The property taxes are hell. But the Wegmans is awesome.
Haha we hear you! Although compared to other towns in Monroe County, the tax rate per thousand is low. It's just that Pittsford is assessed very high because of the market value.
@@nathanwenzelrealestate still ridiculously high. I live 25 minutes from Key West in a $4,000,000.00 house on the ocean and the taxes on my mother’s $350,00.00 house in Pittsford are higher.

There are four seasons in Rochester and one is called winter. It may start in November and end in late March. It's not the only reason I moved to Texas 40 tears ago. Does anybody remember Eastman Kodak, Xerox, French's Mustard, Ragu, etc.?
Sometimes even in late April, haha. It is definitely an asset to be a winter person when you live in Rochester. The people who do best here love skiing, ice fishing, snowshoeing - winter activities that get them outdoors during those months. We enjoy going to the new Roc Holiday Village downtown during the winter - the city is trying to get people out and about in the cold, and the igloos sell out instantly, which is exciting!
Can’t wait to leave the clownshow that is now California to enjoy western NY. Only 5 years to go but who’s counting. Gonna really enjoy the town we settle in, be it Pittsford or Penfield or Webster

This place is calm and beautiful. How is it for non-americans?
We think it is great for everyone! 10.5% of its population is non-American born, according to the US Census, so it does have more diversity than many suburbs of Rochester!
