Woah ! ..Slow down ! Dennis. What are you going on about ? ..your acting like some kind of a "lifestyle guru", imparting wisdom. Stop analysing, so much! ...don't act, just be ! ....there is no formula or Holy grail to success or happiness, but there are too many snake oil salespeople, trying to tell you otherwise. There's an oversupply of "Lifestyle" and "Wellness" bullshit in the world today, that adds to the formative social conditioning already received, that will tie you up in knots. You appear to have an intense and obsessive nature that could be considered overbearing or exhausting. You don't have to prove anything to anybody, your are unique, as we all are, the beauty is in the difference, it isn't easy, just accept it. We are all, to some degree, damaged goods, in a fabricated world, that merely sees you as a product. It's less complicated, than it simply should be.
