Thank you for posting! 😍 You can see how wonderful Torvill & Dean were at Compulsory Dances. Though Alan Weeks didn't explain, Jayne did different arm movements in the Westminster Waltz, that's why the Russian Judge marked them down. But the steps were still exactly the same, they were just being creative.

IMO, the two teams are not close to one another. If I had been a judge, I would have placed Anissina & Peizerat ahead of Krylova & Ovsiannikov. A&P demonstrate much more ambitious content and skate much closer together. I also hate the way Ovsiannikov holds Krylova's hand. It's so extremely tense-looking.

I love this number from Barnum especially knowing that the amazing Michael Crawford who starred in Barnum in London and on tour helped with the choreography! The only thing that bugs me is Jane and Christopher’s costumes. They’re skating to circus music and the costumes don’t reflect that. They needed more color.

This is the best she's probably ever skated.

It's good to see some of the Carr's early stuff. It's great that they did the x2 twist in this. It would've been great if they had've mastered the 3 twist though. But apart from Natalia m no one else did the death spiral into splits.
