Im sure theres a big difference between hornets some of the other classes out there. Mini stock type classes (mod 4, pro 4, ETC) classes are much more open than the hornet type classes. In reality, Asphalt is much faster than dirt

what are the restrictions on hornet cars?

That's slow compared to rear wheel drive dirt 4 cylinders

@Draftinwithjr3815 That sucks that they wont allow rear wheel drive, but after driving my old 94 corolla compared to the 83 celica I built I can see why. My celica sticks so nice. Doesnt push, diesnt get loose, nothing. Just smooth and stuck.

@ThaAgrat There is also a truck out there in a couple videos, and an old school, early 80s celica.

Hmm.. I finally stumbled upon the rules, and I see that rule now. One thing that boggles me is that there are some S13 (Nissan 240sx) car(s) out there, which violates the FWD rule. Is that allowed?

wow, I have never heard of SOHC only.. Is there also a sub-class with DOHC? Mind you, SOHC only must make for some pretty tight racing.

Hey Driftin Just came across your videos. really good in car shots. Are you using a wide angel and if so how wide and what camera. I race my 89 Honda Prelude at our 3/8 mile paved track on Vancouver Island Canada and I am going to try and get some shots from inside the car with my GoPro Hero 170 deg cam. @Draftinwithjr3815 Well thats cool. What kinda cars do you guys run in your class? we have 2 of the old rear wheel drive (early 80s) celicas, some fox body mustangs, a bunch of 240sx's a couple newer celicas, some probes, and a couple hondas. We usually have 20-24 cars per week.

I'm surprised that I don't see any integras there, or preludes.

Ok so I am really confused. Why do you guys get on the gas as soon as youre on the back straight coming to the start? Your guys track looks very similar to ours. We have a 1/4 mile high banked track here too.

im confused. Why does everyone start scattering on the backstretch on the start here? Do they just throw on the green light and say have at it or what? I know at our local track the leader gets to choose when to get on it, but he has to wait til turn 3 to get on it, and you cant pass before the flagstand...

why do you guys get on the gas coming out of what appears to be turn 2 every time? just seems wierd to me.

that 13 car looks like he drives it in way too hard and pushes hard going in to the corners. Your guys' track looks pretty similar to our out here in colorado.
