tbh for the two sections it should’ve been 1. Between 179 St and Jay Street-MetroTech 2. Between Jay Street MetroTech and Stillwell Avenue (for transfers) and if C train service wasn’t available then they should have E trains via the C line to Euclid avenue (that happened on 9/11) but rip the people who died
