Life Lesson
You are not depressed you are distracted, distracted from life that can distract you from the life that surrounds you, dolphins, forests, seas, mountains, rivers.

You are not depressed you are distracted, that's why you think you lost something, which is impossible because everything was given to you, you didn't make a single hair of your head, therefore, you can't own anything, besides life does not take things away from you, life frees you from things, it relieves you, so that you can fly higher, so that you reach the fullness of abundance.
From the cradle to the grave is a school, so what you call problems are lessons, you didn’t lose anybody, the one who died simply got ahead of us, because we are all going there, also, the best thing about them, love, is still in your heart, there is no death, there is only change, and it awaits you on the other side.
Do only what you love and you will be happy, he who does what he loves is blessed, and is condemned to success ,that will come when it should come, because what should be will be and will come naturally, do nothing out of obligation or commitment, but out of love, then there will be plenitude, and in that plenitude everything is possible and without effort, because you are moved by the natural force of life.
The universe put you in charge of a human being, and that human being is you, you must make yourself free and happy, then you can share true life with others, love your neighbor as you love yourself, reconcile with yourself, stand in front of the mirror and think that this creature you are seeing, is the work of the universe, and decide right now to be happy, because happiness is an choice, and happiness is not a right but a duty, because If you are not happy, you are making the entire world bitter.
A single man who had neither the talent nor the courage to live, ordered the killing of 6 million Jewish brothers. There are so many things to enjoy and our time on earth is so short, that suffering is a waste of time. We have time to enjoy the snow of winter and the flowers of spring, chocolate, the French baguette, Mexican tacos, Italian wine, seas and rivers, NFL football, the Arabian Nights, the Divine Comedy of Dante, Shakespeare, the poems of Edgar Allan Poe, the music of Chopin, Beethoven, the paintings of Dalí, Rembrandt and Picasso, among so many marvelous things.
And if you have cancer or a terminal illness, two things can happen, and they are both good things, if you succumb to illness, it frees you from the body that is so annoying, I am hungry, I am cold, I am sleepy, I have doubts, and if you beat the illness, you will be more humble and more grateful, therefore easily happy, free from the tremendous weight of guilt, responsibility and vanity, willing to live each moment deeply, as it should be.
You are not depressed you are not busy enough, help the child who needs you, that child who will be your son's partner, service to others is sure happiness, like enjoying nature and taking care of it for those who will come, give without measure, and you will receive without measure, love until you become the loved one, even further, until you become love itself. And don’t be confused by others, a few homicides and suicides, the majority of people are good, but it is not noticeable because it is silent, a bomb makes more noise than a caress, but for every bomb that destroys, there are billions of caresses that feed life, it’s worth it isn’t it?
If the universe had a refrigerator your photo would be on it, if it had a wallet, your photo would be inside, the universe sends you a sunrise every morning, every time you want to talk, it listens, it can put life anywhere in the universe, but it chose your heart, face it friend the universe is crazy about you. Life did not promise you days without pain, laughter without sadness, sun without rain, but it did promise strength for each day, consolation for tears, and a light for the path. When life gives you a thousand reasons to cry, show it that you have Thousand and one reasons why to smile.
