I literally just paid for the annual Pro plan today BEFORE seeing that this feature was added. This feature was in my top 3 most-wanted missing features, so this makes me feel better about my subscription. Now we just need a way to log time actually spent doing a task.

Are frames a part of the new AI planner? I do not see this options and am on the pro plan (I've also submitted a request for the beta)
Hi, you should have access to Frames along with the AI Planner with you Pro subscription. Please make sure you're running the latest version of the desktop app (Morgen Desktop 3.6.0) - if there's a blue dot over your profile picture it needs an update. If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know. So excited to hear what you think of the experience.
Would this help fill the gap if I were using a tool like relclaim or motion?
Absolutely. It's a higher touch approach to AI Planning in that you set the templates and can edit the plan as it generates to make it very customizable. Plus we have a switching discount so worth checking out!😉
I like this. Same functionality as Fantastical calendar groups. The simplicity of your implementation is intriguing but will I forget what certain sets are meant to be when they are just a number?
If you do forget them, you can always click on the little calendar icon at the top. It opens a list of all your connected calendars with their associated sets next to them. I admit to checking this for those I use less often.
can you make a shortcut so i can do like `/every 2 days` ? because right now i can only do every day, week, month but not more spesific than that.
This can be done within the event widget if you create a custom recurrence pattern, ex. every 2 weekdays. But still needs work on the command ba for sure.
this is overpriced, overengineer'd and both of these are very bad.
I'm old so I'm totally into M$ Outlook. BUT, Im trying to learn new tricks so I'm investigating Morgen. I need to go to NA (Note taking apps anonymous).
When I'm under the Notion integration/view, I don't see the option to Manage Due Dates on Calendar. I do see it under ToDoist. It seems like it's working with ToDoist and I'm getting the message that it's been updated in ToDoist, but it's not working for Notion. Am I doing something wrong?
In order for the option to Manage Due Dates on Calendar to be displayed, the integration needs to be configured with Due Dates (a specific property needs to be selected for Morgen to interpret it as a due date). You may need to update your Notion integration config to see this. Just started using morgen recently, I am very excited to give it a shot. It seems to be exactly what I am looking for in a task/planner manager. I don't mind spending money on something that helps me stay productive and keeps me on task. It's also very snappy and quick. I like how simple the app is. I am excited to see where they go in the future.
Do you have to buy Morgan Premium to get this feature?

I'd like to have new tasks created here show in notion as new row items in a database. Possible?
Not yet. Right now, our notion integration requires the tasks to be created in Notion first. That said, we know there is a lot of interest in increasing the number of 2-way sync capabilities for this integration.

I see "c" is the shortcut for an event. What's the shortcut for a new task? I wish it was possible to set Task as the default Also, is there a quick way to add a website to the inbox like akiflow?
We don't have a shortcut for task creation... and we know this is a miss! Right now the fastest way is to use "c" to open an event and then type "task" space in the title which converts it to a task. But a task shortcut is absolutely on the list.

Thanks for this feedback. We originally did not enable a status sync with ClickUp based on feedback that each team uses status very differently in their workflow. That said, it seem like we are hearing this request more and more, so it's something we will explore.
@@morgen2728 It would be cool if you could choose between update or not in click to satisfy both users. What would be even cooler is if you could update custom statuses within morgen for clickup as that is how people mostly update their projects.
Can you connect more than one Notion database (at a time)? Also, when I mark a Notion task as complete in Morgen, it doesn’t change in Notion. Should it? Am I doing something wrong?
Yes, you can add more than one database. From the task panel in Morgen, click on the menu at the top and select Edit Notion Import Preferences. There you will see the database you've already set up. Scroll down and you'll find a button to Add a Notion Database. Did that solve the problem?

@@morgen2728 I do have one more question. I was watching a different Notion video & they said that if you check off a Notion task in Morgen, that it will change it back in Notion as well and I cannot seem to make this work.
@@pjg2688 right now our Notion sync can update status and change the due date. The former is done when a task is marked as complete in Morgen. However, this can only be done if enabled in the integration settings. This is the same page where you added another database, here you can also 'Define when a task is complete' to set this up. To update due dates, this currently can only be done from the calendar when a task is scheduled after the due date. Does that help?

To find your Booking Page and Scheduling Link tab in Morgen, you can now find it in the left side navigation (icon is a little calendar with a person on it). I love this feature and would love to try it out but I'm having some trouble signing up using a Chinese apple id, I think it's because the company that provides icloud for china is different. I can't seem to link the cloud calendar

The interface has been updated since we released this video, but the experience of managing multiple calendars remains very much the same. Which feature specifically are you interested in? Is it calendar sets? If so, we have a new video dropping on those this week with the current experience.

@@benitomottola1434 thanks for the clarification. Yes, you can't yet create a due date from Morgen back to Todoist. That said, if you schedule a Todoist task in your calendar and it falls after the due date, you can opt to have Morgen update that do-date in Todoist. This is a next iteration on our syncing with Todoist... with more to come!

Could you add something to morgen That Morgen automatically switches between Light mode and dark mode? I really need this auto dark mode like feature and I want it to be based on location services and Geographic coordinates.
You can set your preferences to be based on your system settings, which will move Morgen between light and dark based on how you have set up your computer. Alternatively, when it isn't displaying in the theme you want, the easiest way to change it is using the shortcut [\]. Does that help Rayan?

Is it possible to sync multiple users calendars all to the same dashboard? For example user 1 has outlook, user 2 has Google, user 3 has yahoo. Sync all these to one Morgen account?
Hi Luke, Are these all shared calendars? Or each individual's calendars? If the latter, each person could set up a Morgen account, and if you're a team, you could overlay everyone's to see availability... even if you all have different calendar providers.
Do you plan to let us synchronize the done status of our Todoist's tasks in Morgen with that task in Todoist? (Also, the due date). It would be awesome 😎
The due date can now be updated from Morgen and sync with Todoist. And yes, when you mark a Todoist task as complete it Morgen, it will update in Todoist.🙌

Now this is what you call an integration. Unlike other apps that provide a namesake integration that just imports issues as simple tasks. This is like Linear inside Morgen. Awesome!

The current 2-way sync is limited to updating the task status. We will soon launch 2-way syncing of do and due dates (currently in beta), but haven't delved into task creation in Morgen to Notion.

@@morgen2728 Cool. When do you guys foresee that functionality happening for users? I do reviews in notion and it'd be very useful to have all "done" tasks & events reflected in notion.
I wrote this on another video comment section with this spokes person. I have now watched several videos about how this application works, I downloaded it, followed all the instructions, integrated Notion and some other applications...and then I come to find out I cannot see the same interface on a web browser or even google play apps. The functionality is so limited unless you are on a desktop (which is spend literally 5% of my life) and isn't useful without the ability to access a web application. I was really excited to move from Asana to Morgen/Notion but now I just don't see how this is possible since I use chromebooks, android and tablets and have a very old computer that I only use if I need to.
I'm trying to figure out what it would look like to have a reoccurring daily task that has 4 subtasks. Either I'm doing something wrong or it's really clunky. And I don't feel like it's intuitive if it is possible to do. I want to be able to click the daily task in Morgen and see the subtasks right there.
Thanks for this context about what you're looking for with subtasks. Right now, you're right, the subtasks aren't nested in the parent task when scheduled, and if you want to schedule them as recurring tasks, those would each be done separately. An alternative is to schedule a task and then list the subtasks in the notes... but I get that doesn't fulfill the full experience of visualizing each of those on the calendar and checking them off. We have a feature request exploring this very topic. I like clickup. I use it for personal work and personal tasks. However I find it way too complicated for my organization. What sucks is that morgen doesn't have its own live timer so now I have to connect another program to it that I don't necessarily need for my team. A calendar scheduling and time blocking app to manage.... time should have its own live timer!!!!!!!!!

Ooooh so many good ones. The most used task integrations (in addition to ClickUp) are Todoist, Notion, and Linear. We have videos walking through each one. Still need to create more content about our other integrations, like Outlook email, Google Tasks, and Microsoft To Do. Is there one in particular you want to learn more about?
What almost all of these time blocking and planner apps lack is live time tracking. This for me would be a huge benefit for myself and my team!

I have seen morgen before but did not think it was much different than google calendar. I recently re discovered it after watching an akiflow demo....but found they are too expensive. My primary use case for this is my business. I'm working on moving from Asana to notion but I am interested in also trying out a calendar app.. like morgen.
