If this is supposed to be a tutorial, you ought to be more thorough with your instructions. At 14:31 you join the second sleeve and it's already got the shells. How did you manage that? I can only think that you crocheted till the very end and then joined the bottom front corner with the second underarm...

Hi,im crocheting this poncho at the moment but ive been having trouble with the points not matching. The point at which u start and finish the row is going the total opposite way to the other point. I thought at first it was because i was missing the last 2 stitches,i started including them and it sorted out the problem,but its messing up again and i dont know why. Any idea? Thanks
