Patrice, It was great seeing this video 🤗. McCalls 8528 !!!! It has your name all over it 😂. When you said M8528 I said YES Patrice get the denim out cuz I love the pattern as well. I was thinking some tencel denim might be a great look. Can’t wait to see what you decide to do 🤗. I was disappointed with the fall collection as well but I have many other patterns that will get me through this fall. Take a look at Butterick 6973. I plan to make both views. Well can’t wait to see what your next project will be.

A Jack of all trades. I love it. Every stitch in place. I can crochet but only easy hats and scarfs. I never took the time to follow patterns which add more details. I did surprise myself and completed socks, scarfs, and hats using a loom. But nothing to your experience. Happy knitting.😊😊

Yes, I knit too. I currently have 3 projects: a colorwork shawl, a lace scarf & a blocks scarf. I haven't tried garments yet but I will get there eventually I love your energy.... 😍

Ohhh those makes that are somewhere between what you wanted and bad enough to give up on entirely. I just finished a pair of pants like this. But your dress looks so lovely on you that I'd never know you weren't thrilled with it.

Your make is beautiful but I know what you mean when you say the image in your head is different than the. Outcome. My favorite swing dress patterns for your consideration are M7407 and M7622; NL6469 or NL 6352. I think what’s missing is the shaping to get that flare. You get an A plus from me. Thanks for sharing your shenanigans..I’ll keep coming back😂
