Question: In dance they always tell you to have your arms up when you land a front aerial. Why is it different in tumbling?

You finished a 1/2 twist by the time your heels were horizontal to the floor. You twisted right off the floor.

Hi! Please help me. I just started cheer and i was put as a front spotter and I really want To try flying and prove that I can be a flyer it's my dream and i don't want to tell my coach that i want to fly but I want to show it to her. PLEASE SOME ADVICE
as a flyer, my advice would be to do the best you can as a front spot. be involved in the stunt and be motivating. it will show your coach that you will do anything for the team and make her want you to be involved in the stunt!
