Khriekethozo Sekhose, known as Gugu Sekhose is a renowned Guitarist from Kohima, Nagaland and has made several achievements in his music career. He started playing Guitar at a very early age of 7 and is a passionate guitar player since then. Gugu is also a guitar instructor and has gained popularity in Kohima and has quite a number of students at schools and individual guitar tutor. Some who under his mentorship has gained momentum like Ketoulhoutuo Zuyie.
Gugu is known for his performances with the local band ‘Faded Black’ and ‘Fifth Note’. He has made appearances as the guest artist in major events such as world renowned guitarist, Neil Zaza’s Master class in Kohima in 2015 and Dimapur in 2016.
