this build originally started off as a joke but then turned into something to test out mechanics for my upcoming ws build

I made the head movement a lot easier to control (with the expense of removing the tractor beam's functionality) and the appearance a lot better. I also made some more props for the build like a mini command block throne. The tentacles are complete and have two animations, and the body is sorta done Music by Antimo & Welles, and inspired off of XDTS23's wither storm
