actually forget the link.....I was on it yesterday and it broke. I can no longer recommend it. I am a sucker and ordered a new one in hopes the old one was a dud, but until I test this one out for a bit it's a no go for now.

Just FYI, I didn’t load the conventional 3 45s on each side (i show this in the uncut video). I had a 55, 45, 25 and 10 on each side plus the 45 lb bar. Just wanted to clear that up before people chimed in with “how is it 315 when you’re using a 10 lb plate?”

Has the depth of the cage been an issue for you at all? 24" doesn't seem like a lot of room to work. I have a chance to buy this for $200 new in the box (no bench). Really considering it.
It hasn't been an issue and I'm a large dude. Don't expect commercial rack depth, but you should be good.

I’ve been working out with a the Cap stand squat rack (w/safety arms). I can’t squat more than 300 lbs or bench more than 180 lbs. A weight capacity of 800 lbs sounds incredible for that price. More rack than I’ll (or 99% of the planet) will ever need. Thank you for sharing!!!
