This might be a late answer, but hopefully useful for OP or anyone looking to achieve the same thing. The below guide/video set Alexa to play Athan on the automatically-updated time in a free, simplified and a very detailed manner. I followed this guide a few weeks ago and it has been working very smoothly without any issues. It even handles DST gracefully. Salaam, this was working great for me until a few days ago. Now for some reason, when the azan should play, alexa just says "I can't find azan on spotify". Any fixes?
Is it Echo Show device? Try restarting it. By the way I have reported it to skill owner. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
Just spoke with Amazon as I started to had same issue - Please update your Alexa device software under Settings and also update your Alexa app on phone (either by deleting and reinstalling or just pushing updates).
Salaam brother, I've tried both of these steps but neither has fixed the issue unfortunately
It should have worked as mine is working fine and just had Fajar azan this morning. I suggest to go under help section Alexa app on phone and give you number for Amazon support call back within next 5mins. They are very detailed helpful.
Quick Qustiion : how to change the Azan for Fajr ? I tried “Play Fajr Azan from Prayer Times” but Azan is same ... if any one can help - JZK
I will look in to this when I get time. Could be another skill with Fajar azan? This skill has only one type of Azan.

But Azan time changes everyday and this will play at the same time everyday?
Yes that is the limitation of the skill. What I do is that I have setup a reminder for myself to keep updating it weekly.

Is it resolved now? Did you enable the skill “Prayer Times”? Careful with name as there is another skill similar name without’s’ at the end. Share with me the screen shot where you setup the skill.
