whats up man I'm thinking about getting a cold air intake for my ats. Did you notice a difference after installing it? Would you recommend it?
Definitely recommend it, better exhaust note and it feels quicker

Idk the names but it should just push into the holes of the stock one

Yes but not stay running all the time

I just installed it and realized i forgot to oil my filters. I received oil for the smaller crankcase filter but should i be oiling the big one as well?
The big one comes pre oiled

Nice ride! I have a 2015 Cadillac ATS premium performance rwd with the 3.6 absolutely love mine. Just wandering how many miles and any real issues? Mine has 48,000 no issues other than had to replace the CUE. Thanks
It has 90k now ,I had to change my front struts , cooling fan and starter but now she's runs good

@@darkphx6410 oh hell yeah! I've had a lot of cars, nice cars over the years. Mine has the magna ride and handles like nothing other. I get a lot of compliments for the looks too! All blacked out, has the OEM 19s and I covered all the chrome trim with black vinyl. Definitely a looker 🔥💯 thanks for the replies 💪

Did you connect anything to the small filter? I’m thinking of buying one to fit my 80mm throttle body. My Cadillac doesn’t have that bigger hose going into the air box
The smaller one connects to the secondary air pump
Did the performance drop? Because I installed the same intake on my ATS and it was noticeably slower
The plastic intake broke in 3 places. I had to hit up customer service and they sent me a new piece 2 months later. But with my cat delete I think it flows more now. And sounds better when I get on it. At first it felt slower but after 2 months off and now on it is alot faster .
Cooling fan on my caddy is really loud too lol

Yes I blow out the cheap r speaker. And put in this Comp Q. It hits hard and is heavy. Fitted in perfect
selll your comp rs with box and have a custom box built for your Qs
@@darkphx6410Doing the same with my Comp R 12's , taking them both out of the box and exchanging them with comp q 12's this summer

@@gabesmith7701 only had to replace a 60 sensor but runs great just change my oil every 4000 miles and runs like a champ. You will love it .I went to cali and drive everyday

hell yea that’s a plus😂 my plan is to get the ats and drive it for a year or 2 then upgrade to the ct5-v blackwing if i’m digging the cadi

Dont waste your money on this. It didn't even last the day and I didn't even let it air out.
Just ordered flowmaster delta race muffler for the mid, I have muffler delete & will also delete resonator, 1 cat is also removed it should sound pretty good

@@darkphx6410 Update, I've since returned everything back to stock, my engine started getting this weird ticking sound when I would accelerate, took it to Acura & found out it was an engine knock & the bearings they said was shot so I need a whole new engine, Thank God! it's still under the 70,000 powertrain warranty so they will pay for it.

Can cops hear the drone from outside the car. I got a muffler delete on my g35 and I’m worried about getting pulled over
I dont smash on the gas pedal if I see cops. But im sure they can hear it if I did. I havent had any trouble without the mufflers yet knock on wood lol.
@@darkphx6410 dang I appreciate the early reply. I don’t smash it either but I get worried that when I’m cruising and pass a cop that they’ll here the drone and think my car is super loud even though the drone is the only thing that’s loud
@@andrewagape9244 theres no drone if us stay at a certain speed. But if u keep rev up or down shift with the paddles its a lil loud

I highly doubt it if all you have is a muffler delete. Unless for some reason its as loud as a straight pipe or you crackle/pop tuned it very aggressively. I live in california where they are extra strict and i drive by cops all the time no problem even in the dead of night getting kicked out of parking lots. But, If you slam on the gas infront of them they will pull you over, but how loud your car is wouldn’t really matter they’ll be more focused on the fact that you’re accelerating at dangerous speeds. Or if you’re purposely revving up the engine

Where did you get that box for it?
It was a model 43VCWR122 from kicker enclosure . It had a comp r sub in the box but I blew it in two weeks . So I got the comp q sub because it's a better sub.
