I’ve learned with container growing that more mineral based soil with peat moss has less chance of root rot then compost/sawdust type soil that can decompose faster and turn to sludge with no oxygen🤠

didn't have time to watch entire video... but did I understand correctly that that seeds will likely not grow true to seed as the mother plant? I will assume then that the only way to get the same as the mother is by cuttings. I will assume also that cuttings will bloom much faster than growing from seeds?

Hi Karen ! I missed this meeting and have finally circled back to this presentation when I realized that it was on UTube. What a great idea to combine the plants and bluegrass songs about them ! I am glad to take a peek at EdgeHill Herb Farm and to see your many talents on display. You are a perfect new President for the San Diego Horticultural Society I must say. I was thrilled to see Sean Watkins and his new bride Dominique Arciero in concert too. I first saw Sean when he was a very young musical genius playing at the Julian Bluegrass Festival. What illustrious careers came out of the Nickel Creek musical collaboration ! Thank you for all you do.... I am really enjoying your newest idea, the Horticultural book club, too !
