Years ago when I worked nights I'd go to work at midnight sitting at a red light empty street I heard what sounded like tires chirping over and over. I saw an older beat up car coming down the road in the right lane guy was slumped over to the right passed out. I think he was waiting at a light passed out the car kept bouncing in the curb tire making that chirping sound. When it got to the intersection I just sat there with a green light his car made a right turn kept chirping along. This was around 1995 nothing I could do I had no cell phone I had to be at work in 15 min. When I got there I called the police let them know who knows what ever happend. I thought for a min I could box in the car but would have done lot of body damage I'm sure he wasn't going pay for it.

Now you can get good portable battery for 1000 that would silently run same set up. And charge it from inverter when driving
