At HKD22XX cheaper than flying CX or TG economy, it is one of the best and cheapest way to enjoy BIZ class in the world (no one believed me)! I am flying biz to Colombo and back with a stopover in BKK, all in at HKD63XX (Facebook 3 day 30% off offer) , not bad eh? CNAC lounge is BAD, and no Haagen Daaz! Skip it! In BKK they use the very nice Air France lounge. You can shop till you drop in BKK with 40kg allowance too ^^ Forget EmiratesA380 biz class at HKD43XX. (cheapest b4 UL offer)

Thanks for the compliment. I am flying again with them in November. What route will you be flying? You need to establish if they are using the new business class on your route? Personally, I do not like be disturbed, so I opt for the center aisle seats, because my neighbor does not need to disturb me (in flatbed mode) when he needs to get in and out of his seat. Of course you have to let go the window view for that. The new biz class seats are really cool, you will love it!

It is super comfortable indeed, and I agreed the remote control isn't easy to work, unless you are a blackberry user. The cursor works that way with your thumb, which takes a little practice. Other than that, UL biz class is amongst the best in the world, consider the cheap price. Food and service are still wonderful.

Had this config, 15/08/12, UL550, possibly one of the most comfortable lie flat seats I've ever been on and by far the best service. The IFE controls are really annoying and don't work all that well.

@DhanushkaWickram Wow that is exciting news! I am looking forward to trying that in my future trips. Here in HK, this airline is little known, and most people wouldn't choose it to fly to Bangkok amongst nine other choices. Many of my friends changed their minds after they had seen my videos and photos. For the low ticket price, i was pleasantly surprised at how much I am getting in return. The service and the food were excellent! After one try, I am their fan now.

@DhanushkaWickram : Yes, this is Sirlankan airline, and it has IFE. In this model, the TV screen is hidden in the armrest which is not showing in this video. However, it is not AVOD, only videos on loop. I heard that UL is updating all their business class seats but the end of the year, it will have flat beds and AVOD.

@flyelal : You are right, on that day, I was the ONLY passenger! This airline is a bit unfairly underrated, they gave wonderful service and served delicious food.
