Petit bémol : celles et ceux qui ne peuvent s'offrir aucun concert live, aucun festival, aucun disque, appréciaient de pouvoir écouter sur YT l'intégrale du concert de Nevers (D'Jazz) où fut joué de manière plus qu'inspirée ce Living Being avec Kashmir et Stairway to Heaven, entre autres... Sniff.

So funny - I had the same surprise as Georg - my father loved that version and played it to us several times on his first cassette recorder in the car - at these times this was something very special and he was very modern to have a cassette recorder in the car! ..this is 50 years back ! I was seeking for this music version for ages and ocassionally found it ! Thank you for putting it up!

this was the one i was looking for. I have seen many many many people play this song, orchestras and all the rest. But this one tops them all in my opinion.

I like your work to visualize this jazzy gem of music. I first heard this piece in a psychedelic clothes shop in Carnaby Street in London, I bought the album and listened to it many nights, together with Mussorgsky and Strawinsky. Nobody else wanted to except my grandmother who was born in 1891 and had been an avantgardistic actress. I don't know why the kindergarden version by the Rolling Stones is so famous, there is nothing "devillish" to it, I prefer this one and am glad to have found it at all on the internet. Spinning Wheel is the only song they ever play on the radio and even this only late nights for special audiences. So thank you for uploading XD.

Oh am overjoyed! Yes IS Jon Anderson & Rick Wakeman to me!! Listen to this OMG Yes has outdone Yes here! This is an octave higher across the board to the original Awaken across the board, it's an iota more perfect if that's even possible but it is! It is better so I finally also acknowledge Trevor Rabin as a full member of Yes ;). ( Awaken was already one of the greatest pieces of music in WORLD history in my opinion). I saw some guy comment that Jon Anderson's voice had notably 'gone' & the whole mass of next comments didn't agree at all & some where even quite insulting to the guys obvious inability to have really listened lol Also overjoyed that Steve Howe couldn't or didn't try to stop Jon using the name Yes like Dave Gilmour on Roger Waters using Pink Floyd which is insane if you ask me as he founded the band with the others & Gilmour wasn't even there at the start. He won't allow any of Water's work on the Pink Floyd website. Nothing!
