DEI should Die
Workplaces should hire for merit. Immutable characteristics have nothing to do with your qualifications. People who look alike could hold completely different values and vice versa. Inclusion is inherently exclusive because the act of building diversity is an act of excluding those that do not fit the Narrative or policy that has been put in place. I want to work with the best, most qualified person I could care least what they look like or where they come from.
Sometimes they say “sorry” but do they really mean it? If it feels disingenuous, it could be a mask…..
I agree with your thought process. I think teaching people how to have a constructive dialogue with another person is necessary in addition to how to debate another person. Overall, I think it’s necessary to teach people, especially young people in schools, interpersonal skills like clear communication, persuasion, negotiation, even argumentation.
Absolutely! These are crucial skills that all people should have!
Ask somebody in one of those relationships, When she asks is there things that people can do to avoid or not trigger or somebody with high conflict personality.... Oh honey I can answer that.... There is nothing you can do to stop a trigger. You can live your Yes, a normal human being and still get yelled at or accused of something. You never did because they need a reason to act. They need a reason to be angry. They need a reason to be aggressive. So no matter what you do how well you do it. How kind you are somebody with high conflict? Personality disorder will literally make up lies about you just to have an argument. If there is nothing else to have an argument over.
it doesnt pay to help its not worth it 👎
Is Breea married? She is so cute lol
Men are the most overlooked victims of discrimination. There you go, you didn't even notice it.
I don't know why this was recommended for me, but now I'm actually interested in learning more about conflict resolution
A happy accident! Is there anything within the conflict resolution realm that you're interested in learning more about?
Very helpful video. 👍 Months ago, I bought and read and go back to periodically for reference -- the book by Mr. Eddy, "BIFF: Quick Responses to High Conflict People, Their Hostile Emails, Personal Attacks and Social Media Meltdowns Bill Eddy" What I have learned from the book has been incredibly useful in recent times when being sucked into "dramatic conversations and situations" with a couple of high conflict people I come into contact with.
We're so glad that you've found a great aid in your journey of conflict resolution!
It's a evil disease. It's awful 😈 Send them to an island. 🏜
wait, where was the real life example????
So interesting. (From Wichita, KS)
Either I am too dense to understand or this video doesn't explain anything in the title.
Rometty was so inclusive! What a great way to create high performance teams!
Love this story!
You are doing a great job on your channel! Look into using "Promo SM".
great video, I believe trust is essential but how is assured with some "verification"? I agree with transparency, employee input and how it pertains to all.
Paul, yes we agree! Trust, transparency, and accountability is crucial to the success of any team. Check out our video on Hybrid Work and the New Wave of Employees Returning to the Office, also part of the Navigating the Uncharted series! th-cam.com/video/mpsdKUoBuz4/w-d-xo.html
Dangerous principle. Stepped on foot? Apologize, of course. Called a "them" a "he"? likely naive. Don't get pissed or offended, engage, explain & resolve peacefully with good will.
Let's be clear. Acknowledge: ""I get you. Please get me, too. No harm was intended. Now that I know you are uncomfortable with that, I will take it into account going forward."
Thank you for your thoughtful response. The topic of intent vs. impact is certainly a complex discussion. The meaning behind actions and words can often be misinterpreted during a moment of conflict. That’s why we believe it is important to acknowledge an action or words that caused harm even if the intention was not necessarily negative. That way, everyone involved feels recognized. Thank you, again, for sharing your thoughts.
Some of these friendly ways to respond indeed end conflict quicker, and they also feel a lot like enabling the other person's bad behavior.
It's insane no boundaries like really mind your business and your life simple
It help me to understand better myself and the other.Thank you🌸🌺🙏
I'm suffering a lot , I am not productive as well as I was 2 years ago, I feel very tired everytime, And I can't do easy tasks.
This is informative & helpful Thank You !
Thank you my white saviour.

Thank you for this message. I knew when I found Jesus becoming a christian would not be easy because I had to leave my sinful lifestyle behind. Even as I struggle through life I’m going to keep faith in God. I was fired for not getting the vaccine. I have lupus and been struggling for years. I also have heart disease. So my pre existing health conditions where what made me turn down the vaccine. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. Ive been very depressed over losing my job of 13 years. I’m a single mother with two autistic boys both are non verbal, now struggling to support them. I’m so afraid me and the boys are going to end up on the streets. l feel so alone it’s so hard raising two boys alone. My husband passed away. I want to give up. I’ve been put down, harassed, and accused of lying about my situation simply because I post comments and ask for prayers. People have threaten my children and I over my decision not to vaccinate. It hurts. I’m so embarrassed over my situation and to have christians do it makes it hurt more. But no matter what I’m going through I won’t give up on my faith even though I don’t know how I’m going to survive this. I still have faith in Jesus. Please pray for me.
They love to create situations where they provoke conflict in order to maintain their blame game so you need to maintain composure when they start hurdling accusations
It truly is a constant battle.Say I come home and I took ten minutes too long and i'm out sneaking the list doing that..... Always needs to make up a lie in order to argue about something if there is nothing to argue about
@@laurad3423it may take some struggle, but the faster you can get out of that situation, the better. That type of person can literally ruin your life.
They also get you confused with other people. Like all people who have upset them get lumped into one person lol!
oh boy.
