Okay friend, I have to say that your unedited flosstube is still just as fun as edited flosstube! You had asked about 1 or 2 thread preference on 36 count- My question is what do you like on an 18 count? I like a 2 strands on 18 and 36. So really, it's whatever your preference is. Then you mentioned the large fill in spots, like the Clean Heart piece, I like to outline with a half stitch so at least I can see the shape that needs to be tackled. Is the heart using a variegated thread? A half stitch would help so that as you go back and forth, you can just cross that outside x and it'll just blend right in. Clear as mud??? Yay, Spring Quaker!!! Got to pull mine out now: ) So fun! Yay crochet! Punchneedle, I'm not sure about either. I did one with yarn last year and it was okay. I won't be jumping on that craft full time, but glad to try it. Have a great week and thanks for sharing!!!

Breath girl and relax I have this kit the press head and base are marked the E is marked for eyelet and the H is marked for head it’s engraved on the replacement 😂 I love this tool I haven’t had a problem with it since I bought it off Amazon give yourself time to get use to it and you’ll eventually will enjoy using it for paper crafting etc

The toadstool stitch work is adorable. Keep being you. My thoughts are with you having spinal surgery. I have had 2 surgeries on my spinal for different problems. My spinal fusion went well and if you just. Want to be better and do your exercises etc you will be fine. I don’t know why people have to tell horror stories when someone is facing a big medical challenge. This sounds most like the surgery you are having. Hello Dani! Your water heater broke-yikes! How awful to go without water for a few days. Glad your husband is handy! Bessie the cow finish looks great. She’s so fancy. Your Prairie School Santa looks great. Congrats on that finish too. I have a few of those patterns, however, I have not stitched them yet. Your Christmas quilt is gorgeous. In regards to backstitching, I stitch a couple of squares at a time. I dislike backstitching. When my mom was alive she used to finish all the backstitching, satin, and French knots for me.
