DAAD PhD Scholarship and NAWA Masters scholarship
DAAD scholarships are aimed primarily at graduates, doctoral students and postdocs and are awarded for study and research visits to universities and non-university research institutions in Germany. In some programmes, internships are also funded.

If you wish to apply for a DAAD scholarship, please read the call for applications for your chosen scholarship programme in the
scholarship database, paying particular attention to application deadlines. The scholarship database will take you to the application portal. Scholarship applications are reviewed by independent and voluntary selection committees, which also decide on the allocation of scholarships. Selection is based on subject-related criteria.

What about the tuition am I suppose pay before coming to school or I have to be on campus first .
Most schools ask for payment because you need the confirmation of payment as part of document for visa

But since you're in charge of the universities in Estonia and you know better than the university representatives themselves, then please continue advising. Have a great day 🙂
@@byronjoel1400 nobody is fighting u so please rest. I just asked you a simple question that requires a simple answer. I have made applications for clients for Poland, Germany, Austria, Czech and Sweden. None of these countries made the IELTS compulsory. This is why I asked you the question 🤷♀️

You talked about Bank statement of at least 1200 Euros monthly for six months- my question is; Should this be the student own money l/ bank statement or it can be parents’ bank statement?
Thank you. Typically, it should be the student bank account. They usually allow parent account when the student is minor like 16 or below. This is just a general default for European countries
