We know they lie. We lie to them. A good amount of energy should be spent on both sides of encounters with cops filtering through the lies. This man knows his rights and is willing to stand firm within them. Videos like this continue to inspire me to do my research and filter through those lies as well to get a good understanding of what the law means in everyday practice. Its always easier to stand up for yourself when you know you are not giving them easy reasons for charges
