One problem with mine is the finger choile hits my finger when i unlock the blade and let it fall into the handle scales it doesn't do that on my para 3 but i guess the para3 is wider in that aspect

Yep. I own 6 variants in different scales and steels.

In a heartbeat, although I prefer the G 10 model.Lighter, and I like the feel of the G 10 over my other titanium handled knives.

I EDC mine it is a tank. This knife is the difference between I think my knife can do that and, yeah here you go.

I would take it apart and see if you are missing a washer or bearing or if the washers or bearing are warped. If a bearing or washer is warped you can either send the knife in if taking it apart doesn’t void the warranty, or buy new washers or bearings.
