I remember watching this and thinking how much I'm going miss Glenn McGrath and his bowling partnership with the late great Shane Warne as they walked off. We all said we'd never see an Australian lineup like that again and we still haven't, and won't. Australian cricket was at its all time best from the late 90's to the mid late 2000's. After 2010 I stopped watching because I couldn't handle the class of players coming through. Australian cricket went from class to grubs after this era here in the video. McGrath and Warne (RIP), never to be matched.

It was 2nd January 2007, James Anderson was facing Glenn McGrath, it's been 16 years since then and James Anderson is still playing test cricket for England at the age of 40. Amazing dedication, love for the game, also huge respect for ECB for giving Anderson chances to play for so long because here in India, people aged above 30 are considered to be old (Example: Irfan Pathan) until and unless you are someone like Virat Kohli or Rohit Sharma, no doubt both Virat and Rohit are exceptional players and I myself am a huge fan of both of them but it is very harsh on people when somebody is backed for 2 years and others are not even backed after one bad series.
