Actually I’ve got same car had issues with gearbox and I changed fluid almost 80%is better than earlier but still sometime first gear slightly strucks and feels crunchy sometimes . I will try to change these bushing if it works for me . Plz tell me how did you lubricated this I mean wat have you used it thanks 🙏🏻

Great video but I am also very eager to find a video of puttning ball bearings och springs back. Does anyone know where to find one? I also managed to open the piston before I saw this video. But how to remove the piston to a new one?

Nice one. Thanks for making and sharing. I've a similar problem and unsure whether I have a pad that's sticky or a caliper that needs rebuilding. Pads are also a little thin so makes sense to swap these anyhow. Good to note the right and wrong way to extract the piston, thanks for that! I have a windback tool that' I'll modify so it pushes straight rather than rotating the piston. The washer with the rollers is a thrust washer.

There is a much easier way I just did on mine. Take an old credit Card / Plastic Card and slide it in between the bottom of the Cap and the indicators. Start from the outside and move it all the way around until the inside. Do it slowly. Pull upwards/outside with low force and you feel it slightly unclipping. Doesn’t have to happen all arround. Once you are arround, use a little force and pull upwards with the card and TATAAAA. It’s off. Getting it on again is little - „tweaking“ and trying, but you will be done with both sides in about 2 Minutes ;) ENJOY!

Does this control the heat or the direction of the blowers like screen /footwell. Does the a3 have one for the drivers and one for the passenger or just one to do both as my drivers side isn't heating as much as the passenger after a matrix swap

For anyone else that attempts this, all the videos I saw damaged the Fuel Pocket, either the edges got warped from prying or holes were drilled, so I thought the Fuel Pocket was just sacrificial and ordered that along with the Lock Actuator, but I tried something a little different to see if I could get the Fuel Pocket out without damage and it worked! The Lock Actuator was the broken part for me, so I just used pliers to pull on it and that pulls out the left side of the Fuel Pocket with enough space at the edge to slip in a pry tool to keep it pulled out, then using my hand/fingers along the top edge, I just kept pulling out the Fuel Pocket left to right, a little at a time, until it was free. None of the clips broke. This was done on a 2015 s3, and your milage may vary if you are too rough with it, but it does need strong enough yanks to get it free, just nothing crazy.
