X is displacement, dX/dt is velocity, d2X/dt2 is acceleration.

Derivative with respect to time. Mathematical representation of rate of change. dX/dt means rate of change of displacement which is velocity. Similarly double derivative is the rate of change of velocity which is acceleration.
The mathematical notation for rate of change is d/dt. dX/dt is rate of change of displacement which is velocity(X.). Double derivative is rate of change of velocity which is acceleration (X..).

Yes, Cramer's rule is also a linear equations solving method. You can!. You should know how to find determinants and the determinant of the coefficient matrix should not be equal to zero.

Sir in 4th question, formula is derived for conduction but in this case heat is transfer through convection, how can we use this formula?
For convection to happen one of the medium should be in motion for bulk mixing. Here both wire and gas (tube) both are stationary and the mode of heat transfer is conduction. Watch again the introductory lecture for better understanding.
