The tone shift from chapter 1 to 2 is so interesting about Gaiden Alm and his friends' optimism about a revolution and the dawn of a new age compared to Celica and her friends' somber journey about the desperate hope to find salvation from the gods and their own ideals, and as the game progresses to chapter 3 and beyond, both of these are challenged by a bitter conflict that ultimately fights for no meaning leaving valentia in a true horror; a world under king and queen with no excuse of the gods to divert blame for future conflict and tragedy all cumulating in Walhart's conquest inspired by the fantasy of Alm and Celica. I do wonder if that april fools joke "battle for revolution" could actually look like because a true revolution against the monarchy of Valentia, even if it is against Alm and Celica, would be the natural progression and could possibly be one of the greatest stories fire emblem ever tried to tell, and the fact that's a joke to the developers is disappointing to say the least. I think this game is very neat and felt like putting it out there since I think more people should give it a try and maybe learn a thing or two from it because its cool as hell and is my personal favorite fire emblem game (at least at the moment. Romhacks are fun and maybe silver snow [doubtful], radiant dawn, bsfe, or fe3 b2 are somehow even more awesome).

Don’t tell me you’re after him again? Faye: Oh! Hey, Gray. Say, have you seen Alm? I can’t find him anywhere. Kliff: Alm? Don’t waste your time looking for that guy. Faye: Kliff! …Wait, why not? Kliff: He and Celica went off for a stroll in the woods. I saw them leave. Faye: He’s with Celica? …Again? Gray: Exactly. Again?! I mean, Celica JUST moved to Ram Village, right? *sigh* Nice to know we’re so easily replaced. Faye: H-he’s not replacing us. Celica’s his cousin. Of course they’re gonna be close. Kliff: Uh, I hate to break it to you, Faye… Faye: Huh? Kliff: Sir Mycen only has one grandkid. And that’s Alm. Celica is his ward. Mother told me. They’re not related by blood. Gray: Kliff’s ma, spoutin’ gossip? *gasp* I don’t believe it! Still, I like where this story is going. Celica and her dark, unspeakable past… Faye: Stop that, would you? So does this mean… I mean… Is Alm gonna marry her someday? Gray: Wha- Marry her? Are we having the same conversation? (Another kid, Tobin, enters the scene) Tobin: Ha ha! Ah, there you are! has this song ever suddenly reappeared in your mind after almost a decade of not hearing it and it loops in your head so much when you're at your lowest point that it makes you begin to lose your sanity up to the point where you become completely numb to feeling and feel like you aren't the one behind the wheel anymore?

This is my first Kirby game, and it's what got me into the whole franchise xdddd GOD though some of the spooky stuff actually scared me tho xddd

Not only was this level harder than fuck, but the music sounds unnaturally aggressive, like it wants to murder you.
