Last short I posted I had some say to try Ariel’s and adding air rolling for speed to I tried to follow up lmk your thoughts on what to improve! Thanks guys

First i would work on camera settings and dont work on really anything in the air except for simple wall shots (jumping off the wall and shooting it) then I'mma guess you dont know how to dribble so practice that. Also it eill suck i remember learning and i felt like quitting the fame because of how bad i was at dribbling but you have to stick to it

Wrong training for plat. You aren’t going to more than a few doubles while in plat. Focus on your ball touches. Getting good first touches, hitting the ball hard, and defense off the backboard and back post. Those things will take you to diamond

Aril row to go faster
