The best finance minister to ever held the office of finance never in the history of jamaica we've seen massive debt reduction and a massive increase in jamaica national reserve..when Dr Clark took office the Debt to GDP was 144% he has reduced the national Debt to 72% unemployment was 13% today it's 4.2% the national reserve was under US 1BILLON today it's US5BILLON..never in the history of jamaica has we seen so many developments all across the country the PNP has not built one hospital in 18 years this JLP government is currently building 4 massive hospitals across jamaica at once the list goes on and on..this is coming from a guy who never voted in my life
