Can you use table salt?

Salt can be very grounding. I tried wearing salt in my shoes earlier this year. It didn't have a real eff4ct on my health - but I did feel more " solid" and grounded in myself. A funny experience with this...Around the ssme time I bought a new pair of ankle boots from my local store. I was wearing my shoes with salt. The person who served me took off my shoes and turned them upside, and, out fell a nice neat pile of neat, small, white crystals onto the floor. She looked at me strangely and asked what it was. I muttered it was a Buddhist thing which helped keep me grounded. She looked at me even more unbelievably. Just as well I bought a new pair of boots, though. A few months later, I walked in again to buy another pair of shoes. First thing she said when she saw it was me was " Do your shoes have any salt in them today?"

May I know what to do with the used salt and water after I used it for purification? How do I dispose of it? Can I just throw the water off the sink?

Forgiveness must be tried with all sincerity, but it must not become an obsession, else it is to invite both ridicule and destruction. Essentially, Forgiveness is an offering which helps to understand the mental complexion of the adversary. If he / she accepts the proposal, it's the best thing. But, in case he / she does not, the fight must continue keeping Truth as the North Star, and not for a personal victory. It is Dharma to Forgive and it is equally Dharma to fight, but for the Truth.

Reconciling without seeking justice for the Injustice done, useless.

Please forgive me for commenting out of topic repeatedly in some of your videos. I have done this in several times. Please allow me because it's important that Buddhists know about what I have to say. This is to inform you I am a freelance researcher on Buddhism, concentrating on how and why Buddhism disappeared from Bihar. I realize Buddhism still exists in Bihar but special research is needed to recognize this. Here is an example. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings and deeds which Buddhists have mistaken for manifestations. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain, and if one removes lust and desire, pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba? The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In Vaishali, in Beluha, the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. He felt his time had come. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. The unique thing is Brahmins aren’t allowed to pray to these Baba’s. So this is most probably another religion, the elusive Indian Buddhism. There are many more such examples.

Ure life can change 4 the better at any moment u may b rich or poor but with courage u can accomplish anything.

After hearing this invaluable teaching, I now understand Buddha's statement "To understand everything is to forgive everything." If I can't see the suffering, I can't develop compassion towards a person, and everyone suffers in this world.

I do I follow all of these principles. I absolutely love God my faith is truly unwavering I listen for hours and hours and hours of scripture. I try so hard to be happy, but I just want to tell you the truth when you have a transgender child all happiness is completely out the window for the rest of your life. It is a miserable miserable situation, no matter how much I pray to God nothing nothing has given me belief from the devastation of having this child in my life, that’s all I have to say about this subject she ruined our Easter. I cannot even explain the disappointment in this child I don’t know what this transgender ism is. I think it’s just a way to make her entire family absolutely miserable, but I am telling you, I am truly at my wits end even following everyone of these principles it is not worked, having a transgender person in your life is absolutely positively the most miserable devastating thing anyone can encounter in my opinion and I have been through a lot
