I took up CKD just over a year ago, its a decent martial art, keeps me fit and helps me regain my flexability, had done Judo and Japanese jui jitsu before, so that helped in understanding some of the moves, currently orange belt

Happy Anniversary to Grand Master Choi ! I practiced CKD at Auckland University NZ in early 90s. The unique CKD fighting techniques that deeply embedded in my mind and until now I can still apply in any self defense situation. Thank you master Choi, wishing you good health and happiness always.

This looks like taekwondo with more emphasis on boxing. Wikipedia mentions that it emphasizes flexibility over rigidity, using yoga stretches in the fitness sections.

Wierd style. His crouched in posture is the opposite of what is textbook. I know he started developing this as a result of accumulated injuries from TKD. It’s interesting.
