Hi. I am only available to see a thermal image on the right column.. not the visual image.. I tried taking jepg rad, jpeg and tiff images withiut sucess.. pls help

Have you tested/reviewed the MAC version of the FLIR tools software. It's not been updated since 2014 according to what is shown on the MAC app store? I've tried it and it does not work on my MAC!!!
Much better than anything on the Flir Web site. They may make great products, but their Web sites are horrible, saying, and showing nothing.
