A fellow musician and band member, I'm dedicated to band and music. ♥ Suscribe for enjoyable and wonderful music and band pieces.
Chisolm by William Owens
Return to the late 19th century with this invigorating work that conjures images of cattlemen rounding up herds and driving them north on the Chisholm Trail. Injected with the sound of a cattleman's whip throughout, the melody is shifted around the ensemble as the herd makes its way to its final destination.

Spacious Firmament On High By Haydn/Arr. Chris Sharp
มุมมอง 12K12 ปีที่แล้ว
This lovely chorale, adapted from Haydn's The Heavens Are Telling, is an accessible concert band work for young players. Special attention should be paid to articulations and note lengths, as well as blend and balance, to create a wonderful listening experience for all. Summer Resounding by Brian Balmages
มุมมอง 84K12 ปีที่แล้ว
The joyous feelings of summer are captured in this highly spirited piece. The beautiful melodic and harmonic lines play superbly off one another, creating music that is both intense and charismatic. The work is entirely in 6/8, but at varying tempos, giving the players a chance to develop more expression. The initial theme returns and soars to a bold conclusion. Summit Fanfare by William Owens
มุมมอง 72K12 ปีที่แล้ว
Young instrumentalists will be encouraged to reach for the top when they play this bold fanfare. Strong brass and woodwind lines, as well as solid percussion writing, continuously drive this concert opener. A rhythmic dance portion adds to its charm and moves towards a valiant conclusion.
