Hi jess! Omg the ghosties with the boots are so cute! Im not a scary show girl either... and agree on the adult holiday party vibe. Lol. I liked the music fill! (I would just make sure that it matches the volume of the vocal track so it doesn't jump around.)

Everyone has different tastes. I don't like nautical or boat stickers at all; but I love the stickers with the cute girls and flowers, as well as the 4th of July! We both seem to love the RongRong sticker books!

So so beautiful rendering of fall

I'm about half way through the video and you just talked about traveling through Tahiti and the wildlife and such. My husband and I always have the conversation that we really couldn't live outside the midwest because we know the bugs and wildlife here. 🤣 Apparently I can live in the midwest and Tahiti. lol

I need it to be fall in Texas already ❤

My fave is Winter, I couldn't spot a pumpkin , so dropping 🧡🧡🧡. I can totally relate Jess, I'm terrible at multi-tasking too.. I usually listen to music or audiobooks while filming & then do the voiceover. Love these colors & girls, so perfect for fall..

Hey Jess! Fall is absolutely my favorite season. I love the Fall clothes, the cuddle weather, and the comforting foods that we eat in the Fall, and plus I’m a Fall baby! 🍂🍁

“Renters” in CA have SO many rights, even when they are Squatting and not paying any rent, have no rental/lease agreement as long as they can “show” that they have resided at the property for 29+ days (receiving mail in their name, etc). Generally you need to get an attorney who specializes in Landlord/Tenant disputes and have the person served with legal documents that they have 30 days to vacate. Service can be in person, via certified mail, or “drop served” where the individual serving the “tenant” literally can drop the documents at the person’s feet or door - which is usually done when the recipient won’t sign acknowledgement of service. From there, the attorney files the attempts made to serve and the methods used. The “Tenant” then receives a notice to appear in court. If they do not respond and do not appear, judgement is in favor of the Landlord. From there, Law Enforcement comes and posts a 30 Day Notice of Eviction on the property. If the person does not vacate within that time, they will be arrested for trespassing. After the person has left (whether by force or on their own), Landlords are required to store any of the person’s belongings for 30 days. If they aren’t picked up within that time, the Landlord may sell or dispose of the items as they wish, and may file a claim against the “tenant” for reimbursement of storage fees, and any remediation of fees to fix property damage caused by the “Tenant.” However it’s highly unlikely the Landlord will see a dime, as these people tend not to care if they have a lien or judgement against them, otherwise they probably wouldn’t be Squatting in the first place. It’s such an ordeal!
