It's like your in my head 😅 I thought for some reason I was the only one struggling with this watching other men be happy and not eaten alive by their past everyday, makes being in the moment hard you so focused on the things you've ruined

I completely stopped eating McDonald's because they started plastic tax. Even for the paper cup with paper lid and paper straw, but not for the sundea that has a lot more plastic in it. If they want me to pay plastic tax for a paper straw, I want a plastc one.
The key to losing weight is consistency. If you're someone who is chronically eating McDonalds odds are if they tried to switch to meal prep they'll eventually just stop after a few weeks and go back to old habits. A lot of the time the best approach is this. Start choosing less-calorie foods. Getting a diet soda automatically reduces your calories by a couple hundred. Get ketchup and mustard instead of mayo, probably another hundred. Get a 4 piece of chicken nugget instead of fries, I don't know off the top of my head, but I'm willing to bet you save yourself another few hundred. Hopefully, the results will inspire more and more healthy choices. And you'll get to the point where you're making more and eventually to the point where your relationship with food is what it's supposed to be. Food is a tool, it's up to you to determine how you use it to get where you want to be.
Eventually you get to a point where you’ve stopped eating fast food! It started for me just changing from a Whopper to a Whopper Jr

It is. If your goal is to calorie reduction its absolutely good for that diet. All of nothing mindset is why so many people fail to lose weight.
@@devinosland359 It’s slightly better but not much better it’s like would you if you have to lose a arm would you lose your dominant hand or your non dominant hand. How about just neither. The health risk Diet Coke can give is not justifiable in anyway.
@@RuinedComedian Yeah but it’s not much better it’s, it can help slightly with weight loss but, it still can effect your health and it should be bottom of the barrel. There is so many better ways to lose weight. But yeah the mentality is the most important aspect.
Don’t drink diet soda! It’s SOOOO much worse for you! Those fake “sweeteners” are soooo terrible for your body. Plus, they fuck with your body’s ability to regulate your sugar intake. They end up making you crave MORE sugar!
Yeah I used that method any time I wanted out of an addiction to a drug. It’s called the tapering method.
If going from a large fry to a med is stripping away.. you need more than social media tips…
I prefer to make my own food that way I can have the large portions and still be healthy!
