I love 64 volt machines
After 15 years working in maintenance of wood production, where we have both manufactureres, my voice goes to Masterwood. Even though Biesse has more advantages on paper (software, communication, etc.), we had far less problems with Masterwood. It is less complex, troubleshooting is faster and in my opinion service is better. One thing I would add to this comparison is Italian SCM. My personal opinion, they are best of all 3 in parameters i have mentioned.

Haas is low quality Mazak well Okuma good quality and good rigidity
All machines have there place I have ran Mori Hass Mazak Kern Hardinge and a few others. They all have there place for example Hass focuses on user friendliness and value of the product. You can pick up a VF7 and do some massive parts but try picking up a Okuma that has the same machining area for under a million. The learning curve for a Okuma is also much bigger I work with many machinists that ran big big Okumas they are excellent rigid machines but they have many complexities and improperly managed are as good as any other machine. I have ran lathes with live tooling three and five axis machines some brands in my opinion have better lathes and some mills. Think Swiss machining I work with a guy who runs a star and it works well for what we do on it, does that make it better than an Okuma. For small swiss style parts yes but in other cases no. What about machines like the Robodrill by Fanuc they are very fast and good for smaller parts and high volume runs. The more I work in the manufacturing field specifically machining the more is realize there is no clean cut answer to the question what's the best and worse machine everything has its place and there is a place for everything.

Hello dear, I would really appreciate if you can help me out sorting a communication issue between the PC and the controller, do you have any an idea how i can change the baud rate for the control from 4800 to 9600, it issue appears that cannot receive the gcode from the NC software. using win 10/64bit.
