Best rule of thumb is that if the customer can touch the fabric of the sock, polybag it. If the box is fully closed and there's no way to touch the end product, you should be fine.

you can reuse almost any box, but I would NOT use any priority or express USPS boxes. It's against their terms to use those boxes and not pay that corresponding rate. But reusing other "normal" boxes is absolutely allowed.

Dude, that is the max size. I thought similar to that at first. I dont know what you are selling, but, my product fits 10x10x10 and is 50lbs.

Most cases I cover up the SKU, yes. If you think the Amazon employee scanning your stuff in could make a mistake and scan the original UPC, you should cover it so only your FNSKU is shown. I might try to hide the original UPC code with the "suffocation warning" text, if possible. If I can't, then I tape over the UPC and apply my FNSKU to the outside of the bag.

For tiny items like that, I would get the smallest clear polybag you could find. Big enough to put a FNSKU on, but small enough that it shouldn't need a suffocation warning. Consider something like this: www.amazon.com/Reclosable-Jewelry-Earrings-Durable-Resealable/dp/B092HHXRJ6/

@@nayb1398 Not sure about that, but I have used larger polybags for small items. I fold it over and over before applying the seal. Then put the sticker on that. I agree it's a waste, but if someone is only buying a single drill bit, I don't see a cheaper option to properly prep it for FBA.

You can, if it's meant to be sold as a bundle. I have done this with certain bundles, like you're saying, without any incident. If the box you're providing is ship worthy, you can also place a "Ready to Ship" sticker on the box next to your FNSKU label.

Great question! I don't have a clear answer, lol. I used clear because that's what I first bought, but I now use both. It's largely a decision as to which makes for the easiest prepping. I haven't seen where Amazon has specified one or the other, but I will keep my eyes out.

I bought a Roll thermal printer and a roll of 1"x2" labels. Do you need to own a Rollo? No. But I feel it makes printing out these small labels and the box packaging labels easier. Just costs a bit. @@david_chung Oh, sorry. I'm using Inventory Labs, and they have their own IL Print app that has settings to print on that size. I print box labels from Amazon Seller, and had to create my own document size to print on the 4"x6" labels. But I bet you could do that same for the product labels through Amazon Seller.

Hello Airan. Very sorry for not seeing this sooner. Amazon may prevent you from selling a brand or category until you get "ungated". Basically, it wants evidence that you purchased at least 10 of an identical item, and then provide packing slip proof that the items were delivered to your mailing address declared to Amazon Seller. You'll find that you can't just buy 10 from any ol' store. For example, I bought 10 of two different Nike products from the Nike website, but Amazon rejected me EVERY time I submitted to be ungated. I then bought 10 of a different product from Kohls.com, and Amazon accepted my application. I've also been ungated in Lego and - as shown in this video - Burt's Bees via online Kohls purchases. Now, not every product or brand will require ungating, and I believe it gets easier as your store gains traction.
