Are you sure? The way Larry's cutscene after the fight ended made it seem different. Cliff and Kent were also lying on the ground dying afterwards, so he probably killed them directly as well. Jo also collapsed immediately afterwards. Also, despite their being no death cutscenes, he clearly killed the convicts and the Hall family too. Arguably, Frank was way more directly involved in the psychopaths' deaths than Chuck or Nick in the later games.

I’m pretty sure the remaster makes you disembowl the guy, kinda like the final fight for the Wii version though it’s been a little bit so I don’t remember it too clearly tbh

Agreed! Though it was frustrating dealing with the button prompts as they changed all the time and I hadn't gotten used to the Wiimote Quick Time Events

It's one of many hundreds I still need to upload from the old Xbox One days because they've basically started deleting clips that weren't touched starting sometime in January I think?
