I think the person on the phone with Tariq was cane because he is on the run he has no one else to call and if the character isn’t going to be killed off then it has to be him we already know what Tommy has going on in Chicago so I am sure he will find soldiers to help him in the case of any war going on

Cane was never going to be in a top position with Norma’s business especially knowing that her brother was a partner.

I feel like Tariq and Diana will always be connected. She doesn't have anyone left that she is close too but Tariq. So there is no way she will be left behind. Also I agree with you on why would Tommy call Tariq for help? He doesn't need him

I think it wouldve been interesting for Tariq to have shot Diana and the rest of the season be his undoing and grappling with all of the decisions he made and the monster he has been and become. Similar to Ghost in the last season of Power. Tariq has said he has to be the apex predator and his dads downfall was having a foot in and out of the life, but maybe the bigger lesson is none of this is worth it and Tariq fights for his old life back 🤷🏾‍♀️

I will agree that the writing and continuity of this season has been terrible. But at least I'm entertained with the drama. Not really worried about the correlation to OG Power. Lets face it OG Power season 5 and 6. Is just as bad as this to me

I disagree that they spent too much time with the Weston family. The theme of season 3 was the Weston firm. So the uncle and the family had to have scenes.

Cane could tell Anya that Tariq and Diana lost their baby to piss off Anya and get back at Tariq. Anya, Monet and Effie will be pissed that Cane is marrying Noma. Monet could tell Anya that Noma is selling product and weapons. Diana need to unalive Brushaundria because Brushaundria is the cause of the problems first with Lauren and spreading that Diana was pregnant . Cane and Noma could use Maggie as a corkscrew to get Nicco to flip on Don Carter.

I'm always on board to see the men stepping. This scene was definitely needed tho imo. Caleb is trying to help Phil & Lamont regain that spark. The wive's DEFINITELY enjoyed seeing their husband's stepping...trust Of course Viv wasn't happy that Erica missed Phil but she knew he wasn't into her like that. She was more upset that he didn't tell her and had a secret with another her woman. It's like the old saying loosely phrased "sometimes the crime is in the coverup". But they've moved past that on their anniversary and it's weeks later. They both agreed to just go with the flow while on vacation and only doing things with the other's approval so that's different. I couldn't & wouldn't do it but hey, different strokes
