Great seeing the town I grew up in again, I haven't set foot in Paisley for 16 years. It's certainly not a car friendly town with the ridiculous pedestrianisation of the High St and Gilmour St and that "20's plenty" garbage. It's sad seeing it so quiet, not like in the 70s and 80s when there was a reason to visit the town centre and hit the shops. It's still got some great old architecture and reminders from its hey day.

Nice to see where my mother was born and unfortunately where my grandfather was blown to smithereens in an air raid. Bitter sweet.
