i know it was frustrating for you to play this part.. but i found it extremely entertaining to watch someone struggle with the confusion of this game... it reminds me of when i too was this confused. You have earned my sub for being authentic.

Just got this to replace my geekvape zeus sub-ohms. Have two Zeus's and have had nothing but issues with leaky tanks, leaky seals, leaky coils and an overall shit experience. Shame as the mods are great. Use a geekvape t200 as my daily and a voopoo drag X for going out as it's small and practical. NEVER had an issue with a voopoo coil so fingers crossed this is the same.

You’re 100% correct on creatine, you’ll hold water in the muscle which will cause less of a loss but better performance. Keep pushing 💪🏻 I dropped my weight from April last year from 20st to 11st 7lbs now. Simple switches in diet Reduced sugar/salt ketchup is fine , 15kcal per serving the same as extra light mayo by hellmans 15kcal. All of the ultra light sauces are around 15kcal and well worth it for the flavour. Try heck chicken sausages & Mattesons turkey bacon o. Your shop, both low kcal high protein alternatives. Also put protein powders into your porridge oats to flavour them… easy protein boost

The reason you are confused during the teshon fights with the sentients: if the sentients glowing red = do fire damage, if the sentients glowing blue do ice damage, if theyre glowing purple do electric damage, the bod changed elements during the yhe boss fight, when an element didnt do damage its because he wasnt glowing that color.

So this is information you went past in past lore, the sentients came before warframes, they where machines that could breed, the Orokin sent the sentisns to a system other than the origin system called "Tau", the sentients then became traitor since they did not trust the Orokin, Warframes were made with infestation, a strain called "helminth" a version of it that could let the users mind be free of its control, but use its powers, now Natah was a mimic, a spy sent to the orokin to be a spy, after Margulis died, she took over as this spy, but was caught and turned into the "Lotus", to replace Margulis, she took care of the children known as Tenno who kept the warframes under control, now there is only one "Umbra" because Umbra is the name of the Dax soldier who was turned into warframe by Ballas, the other frames were primes that you saw in this video, Dax soldiers simply cannot disobey the Orokin due to it being built into their DNA, all of that should hopefully make the confusing story more clear. x.x

The quest is about 4-6 hours long depending on player skill/speed. There is a choice at the end of this quest. It has only one right answer. Also you kinda destroyed part of this quest by Playing the Duviri paradox quest WAYYYYY too early.
