I finally figured out which game's music starts playing prominently at about the 5:54 mark. It's an arcade game called Libble Rabble by Namco. As far as i know, it was only ever released in Japan. I finally got a chance to travel to Japan in September and went to both Mikado Game Center locations. Was my first chance to finally play FZero AX, which was my holy grail arcade machine.

Thanks for the video, as always that shop, however I understand that the windows are set up by private individuals who put their figures up for sale but seeing a Shinobu prize at 18500 yen is a steal.
