I used to use HTML to embed this exact midi file into my comments on friend’s MySpace accounts. I would hide the midi player as well, so they couldn’t stop it, or know where it was coming from. It also overrode any music they had for their pages.

I used an old website to download and use these (last updated from 1997). You can’t really find good midi websites nowadays.
