How come I don’t see head unit and mine I have full Beamer code and head unit is nowhere to be seen

I have an early 2019 V Class and really want to get one of these. Is it easy to install? I know how to take the old head unit out, is it just plug and play? Where xan i buy one from in the UK or get it shipped? Cheers.
