Join me Zak & my Dad "Dad" as we take on the quest for tasty food that can be easily & cheaply recreated. By the end of this journey my dad's goal is to have at least 10 dishes perfected & replicated consistently. His dream is to be able to feed people with great tasting simple foods that never gets old out of a small food stall. My dad told me perhaps his dream won't come true during his lifetime, but at least he will have definitely made progress for me to complete the quest.

Our quest will take my Dad & I from destination to destination where we will be trying foods from local favorite spots & report on anything else we think you may find interesting during our travels.

This is a Quest for comfort food.
This is a Journey to expand my mind, heart, and soul as a boy.
But most of all this a Story, a forever record of my most memorable times between My Father & I.
